Hi, My name is Alice and I am a highly passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer.

From a very young age sport and fitness has developed from a natural ability to a passion and a main focus in my life. Exceeding expectations at every opportunity representing my school and West Cheshire athletics club I then went on to continue my success at county level as a junior elite athlete. Attending training camps with elite coaches across the country dedicating 6 days a week in order to excel as an athlete. My accolades include UK high jump champion 2009, North of England high jump champion 2008 & 2009, and North of England Pentathlon champion 2009.

I then directed my time towards my studying for my A levels which allowed me to gain access to the University of Chester, where I have recently graduated with a 2.1 classification in BSc Sport and Exercise Science. Within my degree I have gained in depth knowledge into many aspects of sport and exercise specialising towards nutrition, fitness and physiology.

For the last 4 years, alongside my degree, I have been working as a sports coach in the local Chester primary and secondary schools inspiring the future generation to lead a healthy lifestyle through engaging in different sports and physical activity.

I want to share my devotion towards health and fitness and help to achieve any goals whether it be aesthetic, performance or health benefits. I am available for personal training sessions for all ages and abilities.

What is a personal trainer?

A personal trainer, also commonly referred as PT, is a certified individual who possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities to design and instruct safe and effective exercise programmes, and deliver one-to-one training. 

Personal trainers help their clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, such as weight loss, fat loss and improved sports performance by prescribing and instructing bespoke training programmes tailored to the individual’s goals.
