Designed around your personal goals, the challenge maximises results and focuses on your individual journey, whilst also making you part of a motivating team all working to reach their potential. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, break unhealthy habits and change your mindset, or to gain confidence and feel good in your own skin, we have a team of experts designing your plan in accordance with your goal.

Our 8 week challenge is more than a generalised diet or quick fix that you may get from other courses; it is a sustainable lifestyle change, giving you the tools to continue your journey after the challenge is complete.

Although you will be working towards your own personal goals, you are not in this alone. You will be part of an exclusive group of warriors all motivated to change their lives and push their limits.
