Hi, My name is Alex and I am a highly passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer.
I found passion for all things fitness and nutrition 8 years ago when I moved across the world and made it my lifestyle to continuously learn, evolve and educate myself on the industry. I want to share that with you now. I have been a proud member of Warrior since the early days of 2015.
Leaving my first class, I couldn’t wait to come back. The rest as they say, is history! It transformed my life and I knew that I then wanted to give back to people the satisfaction, strength and passion for fitness that it had ignited in me. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than watching people defy the odds, reach their goals and become better versions of themselves.

What is a personal trainer?
A personal trainer, also commonly referred as PT, is a certified individual who possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities to design and instruct safe and effective exercise programmes, and deliver one-to-one training.
Personal trainers help their clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, such as weight loss, fat loss and improved sports performance by prescribing and instructing bespoke training programmes tailored to the individual’s goals.
